Knowledge provides a vector storage and semantic search platform that allows you to:

• Store and manage document collections
• Generate and store vector embeddings
• Perform semantic search queries
• Collaborate with team members through organizations
• Access the service via REST API or web interface

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 16 years old
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent usage quotas or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

5. Your Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and generate embeddings from your content solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You have obtained necessary consents for any personal data

6. Service Plans and Quotas

The Service offers different plans with varying quotas and features. You agree to:

• Stay within your plan's usage limits
• Pay applicable fees for paid plans
• Accept that exceeding quotas may result in service restrictions

We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. API Usage

When using our API, you agree to:

• Authenticate all requests properly
• Respect rate limits and quotas
• Not share API credentials
• Implement proper error handling
• Keep your integration up to date

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency changes to protect the Service
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

10. Indemnification

• You may export your data before account deletion

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
